To be an EM is fun AND a burden. I think you must find a way to have motivated EM's with different ideas.
What about temporary EM's for a week or EM's hosting on a specific day (Monday, Tuesday...)? Just an idea. My experience is that new EM's hosting many events and after a few days they lose interest or getting sick about players disturbing events. |
