Niiiiice. Know what works better? Events in small areas, and warping in with a grenade launcher when everyone else has combat knives. Gooood times.
But anyway, having sleds all year would strip them of their special quality. It's just a sort of tradition. Besides, I don't think military factions would normally employ the use of elaborate sleds under normal circumstances. (Not that they should for The Holidays, anyway.)
