I have a proposal which may improve the laming issue on Iricia. For those of you who actually care and aren't a noob, for the next few months try doing these following tasks while playing Iricia:
a) Take bases. Do nothing but focus on taking all 5 bases, killing all in your way to do so.
b) When the other team starts taking bases, tell the other members on your team to target specific bases. So basically frequently use team chat to give orders. If you see a few noobie players say "Hey guys, come with me to take this base."

Myself and a few others did this earlier, I actually seen battles take place on Iricia for a good half hour that weren't happening at teams HQ's.
