If I may, I paid like 16k for my godamn Photon and I didn't pay for it just so the people can cry and have it gain RR's former power. Its supposed to be the strongest, which is why it has 10 shots per round opposed to the normal Plasmarifle series which has 20 shots. If you're going to nerf something, nerf it right.
