I rather like the current Bounty Hunter system now.
It's more effective than it's ever been.
I
do, however, think that the minimum price to put a bounty should be lowered
to about $200; and even lower when the reset comes around. It'd bring in more business.
I also like the mutual agreement that PPA and Bounty Hunter have; we
both follow certain PK guidelines, but we're free to attack one another on sight.
It gives Era more of a "rivalry" feel.

Hey, Atrius is pretty fun when it's got a playercount.
The only downsides to Atrius I've seen are:
- Bases aren't PK-friendly.
- Atrius staff are highly unprofessional. They act like children,
and use staff tools as if it's their playground.
- The majority of active players spend more time making money than PKing.
Fix at least two of the above issues, and Atrius would get headway.
