Bratski Krug has recently been deleted. This opens a spot for a gang.

There's quite a few options to choose from. We can either bring back an old gang, or have applications for a completely new gang. I really want to avoid having applications because for some reason the new gangs that are uploaded from applications never really work out -.- but I added it as an option anyway.

I will also add an "other" option in the poll, and please post your other suggestion.
