I'd rather have non-interactive staff if that means they don't threaten to jail you for killing them.
The key point is the game play. The little small things you have different don't matter. The point of the server is still to make money and kill players.
The little small things you have different don't matter. You need to make big differences. There are many suggestions, such as government systems, which could really improve the server.
