Well why not have both? Have the fun ones given to players who are voted as owners and have the money able to be withdrawn from the owners if they wish to give a bonus to an employee, otherwise use the money earned for event items or as prize money for a spar tournament. The small businesses could be much harder to run but the owner would be able to keep the money. |
