If you decide to revise the road network. I'd advise to add a main road to the coastline/high maybe but I don't know. Than the road that leads to the bridge should have a avenue to house business blocks on it, and have big development density buildings there, and small buildings/gangs, etc should be on the outskirts near the coastline or something.
