There's no way to disable it normally, but I can do it through a support ticket if ownership of the account can be verified. It would be best if you provide the WEB order ID.
I can also help approve IDs manually if you have a problem. Sometimes people have multiple accounts on the same e-mail and aren't able to use the automated method because the script doesn't support that.
