Kind of... I just started.

I'm the only staff atm so no.

Do you have artwork/pre-scripting things (in terms of design) about GUI's, Graphics, etc?
Yes.

Do you have a timeline?
No, it's done when its awesome and that might take forever.

Do you have a plan of the server?(kinda like question1 xD)
Yes.

Has your server a general art/tiles/gui style or do all guis/tiles/arts have another style?
Everything has the same style.
