Wrong. Most UC servers can't. Notice Zodiac is one of the most popular servers, and classic, hence lots of scripters.

Well, no there isn't. But, there IS such as thing as too many scripters. Styles conflict, and, generally, scripters don't like working with other scripters (from what I've seen)
