Quick deduction: She doesn't use MSPaint. Why? Tig's cat is all black, yet has what seems to be stray white pixels inside the outline. The cause? An outline drawn with anti-aliasing, and then filled. How? Because bucket algorithms tend to not calculate near-color pixels unless given a tolerance, thus, it fills the empty space, but not the anti-aliased pixels from the outline.
Conclusion: MSPaint does not have any paintbrushes with anti-aliasing, thus, I can safely assume she had to have used another program. Based on past posts, I will say Paint.NET. |
