They last ages. But the people they're directed to never even look at them. Hell, I've linked Stefan to threads in question (flying tech anyone?), and he's never looked, or at least never responsed.

Send us back to where we were pre-v5, kill off gelats, rework subscriptions to lower prices/less options. Up front it will look like a bad move, but compare, what, 5 new all-access accounts a month, to the 20, cheaper gold accounts a month + people willing to reupgrade.
