As much as I hate to step into something that shouldn't concern me anymore, I can't resist asking:
How the hell does Sam have authority to un-retire someone back into their previous rank? I checked the kingdom GUI, and it seems he's only a Retired Commander himself. I suppose he used some staff-powers to do it, but that's not the answer I'm looking for. I want to know why he's allowed to use that power.

Then again, I could be wrong, and the situation could be that a pirate leader did this, and Sam was merely reporting on it. If that is the case, then I apologize. But I doubt this.
