This is not the work ethic and attitude I would want from people working for me for 5 years. The moment I hear someone talking about "ohnoes, I lack free time", I'd give them all the time they needed.
You don't need to go brag about being around for 5 years, and then start mouthing off about "Guys, I don't have free time!" We didn't make you stay here, no need to complain.
