Far as I know these items are to be kingdom only, as in need to be in the kingdom itself to even use them. Then again I've seen things like that fall out of the picture because someone doesnt like to try. Have hope in it though, they've been wanting to do a set of items for each kingdom for awhile. Well several people but still.
Also this might mean you should be able to craft or get ahold of these items fairly easy in some way. |
