I fail to believe they lack the competence to "hire" (just regular GK staff...i'm not getting into the topic of paid-jobs) people to fix things.
The only next thing I can see in this is trust. Which I would relate more to choice.
And if they're choosing to make poor decisions, then there's not much else to it.
They need a "Save GK Project" really...
