A character select screen wouldn't really cause any problems except for letting people waste time on a 2nd character.

It takes so long to get level 107 in ALL skills... has ANYONE even done this yet?

Actually, this would provide a way to make "mule" characters- a new way of item-storage on GK.

So maybe it's not a very good idea; new players will be mislead to thinking it's good to have multiple characters, AND it'll create a way to cheat our current item-storage systems (bury bag, house, and the ZRBA).
