Well the fact that the chance of getting a rare item is now 6 percent out of 8 percent out of '10 or 25 percent' chance (depending on playercount) doesn't make it unfair. It requires quite a lot of time running after Santa.

Also the fact there are only 6 items given out (with timelimit) makes it more fair. The last 4 items (the ones I just added) are items you need gold for so it already makes them harder to get, again.

There must be a way for those who keep failing in events to get hold of these items. One of them is buying the item, another is getting it from Santa.

I think it's not bad at all.
