Sorry, but my point was (in response to him saying he wants to know what we say rather than what is "correct") while we're telling him what's "correct", we're more likely still telling him how we say it because unless otherwise stated, chances are most people say the one they believe to be correct.
Edit: Also, check the other threads on this. Kamuii gave a good argument as to why it's "Grawl". (I'm not here to create my own argument; just putting together other people's ideas on the matter) "Grail" would be the translation into English. Since we always say "Graal", you would pronounce it "Grawl" (assuming that is how it's pronounced in the language it comes from...).
