The winners of the match would get a small bonus in exp and cash. You could set your team by right clicking someone and clicking group and maybe a message can appear asking them if they woud like to team with you. It should also randomly warp teams into the levels when they enter the waiting area. There should multiple levels with small different obstacles but totally different terrain and the levels chosen is always random.

Instantly respawn like back to your base if so just no right there. base laming with mortars it just wouldn't be pretty.
