growing pumpkins

when you plant a pumpkin and there is something blocking the way from watering it(worm, tree seed, corn, ect. and try to pick up that item. You pick up the small plant and it disappears.
also when you dig up the already grown plant the pumpkins do not appear until you grab the plant. wierd, other plants don't do it this way. |
