Thats too little. Think about it, what if you start to build a house. Then something IRL comes up and you miss 3-5 days of graal for whatever reason. This would result in your house being gone. People DO have problems/things to straighten out IRL from time to time. At least give the frames of houses 2-3 weeks before they start to die. That would then leave the person enough time to get on and put a
little work into it to reset the timer before it rots again. (That is IF there was a timer to it for the 2-3 week span.)
