To those that expressed an interest in helping, I thank you very much.

Currently we're using a modified version of pics1.

This is not the final version of the tileset, as we still plan to retool some of the graphics (I.E, Bomy Statues and the Giant Statue changed to Gargoyles.)

We're in need of Graphics, Levels, and Scripts in that priority.

Anyone who is interested in helping should contact me ASAP, and I'll be on my RC from 10:30-12:15 EST today (and later on) if you want to talk to me live.



Currently coding: Non-Player Character Class.

This system will randomly generate a name using two of three text files. Either a Male's first name or a Female's first name, and then a last name.

The NPC will then be given a House ID, Job ID, etc, which it will use in accordance with the Server's day/night and calendar systems.

The NPC will travel to it's job or home and sleep, eat, work, all based on its needs.

It will be quite like a player, with the exception being they are not a vampire hunter or vampire.



Currently tiling: GMap

This is probably the largest scale project on the server right now. Since the Level Generator was used to crank out a number of levels quickly, it's obvious that some of the tiling will need to be redone to make sense (I.E, Mountains).

Town Locations and Names are also going to be decided during this process, with towns being designed of varying scales for Vampries of different Prestige levels.



Game play mechanics are still being worked on.

It is undecided how Vampire Selection will be done since it is likely that most players will want to select being a Vamprie as their class.

It may come down to a lottery where a player gets selected to be a vampire for a 2-3 week period.
