Sorry, this is purely an opinionative statement and does not include any actual facts. Because half of it is the planning and they seem to be doing that part extremely well. And you won't find nor will you actually need 25 staff members because coding a basic mudlib to save and load whatever class you have is a simple matter. Then you just need public general checks for certain things. For things like if you wanted something to be class specific, you would do a public function like:

classneeded == classsenttrue false); 
That would be a small quick check to see if you have the right class for whatever it is you're wanting to do. Such as using a class specific skill.

A wise word of wisdom coming from you. In terms of staff size you should start small 2-4 people that you can trust somewhat. However, you can plan as big and as much as you want. It's good to know you will have things you need to complete later and can keep coming with more and more updates and new things to do.
