You would only be allowed to join one guild, theres nothing really stopping you joining both, but hopefully the leaders would boot them if they did. Those who like to not comply with stuff like this and make it difficult (People like John) and refuse to join either guilds would be known as "Free Lancers" and are hunted by both guilds, OR employed by them. Ideas?
