Well, I mean, it's their job to make sure the servers are running without any problems, regardless of how long they need to stay up to fix the servers. It's their business, and if they want to keep customer satisfaction from dropping, then it's in their responsibility to fix server problems as soon as possible, which they always seem to do so it's nothing new for them to stay up just to fix some problems. |
