Bugs?

Dunno if these problems are just for me, or if they're bugs.
First, hat+chat bar = invisible heads.
Second, a lot of times I see people chatting, and their text will show, then more of what they said will show, then more. Kind of like a scrolling thing. I don't know if this is graphical slowdown or what. Any idea what that's about? If I'm the only one having that problem? |
