Two questions

First, if you are the owner, why are you dealing with both development and manager work? An owner is like a producer: They don't give jack except money and all they care about is making sure their investment pays off (usually). I think a more fitting term for you should be "Manager".

Second, why have a "Co-"Owner? (Or Co-Manager). Do you know what the "Co" stands for? Either you are both Co-Owners or you are the Owner and he is the Assistant Owner (yeah it sounds weird but you can't have someone own 50% and someone else own 100% which is what an Owner to Co-Owner relationship makes). Same applies for Manager.

But you can always look unprofessional like 90% of the playerworlds out there!

Also: Stan is right. Don't use positions like they are candy. They are only positions and really don't mean anything except to the little kids who like to collect positions on servers like they are event coins.

On my server I have these positions:
Owner/Manager/Scripter (Me)
Graphic Artists
World Designers (I have a unique system that doesn't require Level Makers per-say so these are the closest equivalent...you obviously wouldn't have a system like such so you should stick with "Level Builder")

Do you see "Developer" or "Admin" anywhere in there? Nope! If I want people to be more powerful, I let everyone know that they have a higher ruling. Using the standard LAT > LAT Chief > Dev > Dev Chief > Admin > Manager staff "build" only makes your staff stay for their power.

Also, you really shouldn't call your positions "NAT", "LAT" or "GAT". I agree they are part of Graal's history and such but they are just slang. Would you post "lmao" and "lol" in your hiring threads or server announcements? It's the same principle.

I don't mean to be so much on your case about this but it really has to end. Us mature and talented developers with our professional servers are being type casted by behavior like such.
