That's because Zodiac has the sort of system in place where a lot of people can earn their former standing in a very short time.

Like I mentioned in another thread:
Kingdoms -> Classic
Zodiac -> Gold
Zone -> No Change
The playercount is very much tilted in favor of Zodiac. It has proven to be more stable, more played, and more engaging than Kingdoms has in the past few months, and I would have no objection to subscribing for Zodiac, because I like the server. Even more important, it has quite a few people running it that actually know what they're doing.
