Ah, well. Either way there's enough difference to not say it's ripped. Light-source from the top-left is very common, so ya. I'd say this is more along 'inspiration' than anything, even on a subconscious level. If so, I'm flattered, if not, then I guess my technique isn't all that unique. But I don't think it's a rip at all.
I do like the way you have the highlight that follows the curve at the top of the bottle. However, I don't think the highlight is quite strong enough, as glass tends to reflect great portions of light back. As of right now, it looks really soft, and not shaped enough, though I don't know if adding those changes will make it look more like mines.
