I am a white boy. If I tried to say either I would get my ass handed to me. They both mean the same thing..a racist comment as long as your white or any other ethnicity. Its ok for african americans to say it but any other ethnicity and we are in court faster then you can say "Oh just great".
Its like up here in Canada there is a small province on the Atlantic ocean called Newfoundland but everyone for the longest time were calling them Newfies. Now that is deemed as a racist word. We have to define the line that people can goto without stepping over.
