Well, priorly he said he had a big project coming up. As well as he was learning to use GS2. You need an online server to test GS2 to learn more. And usually everyone who is at their first time messing with Pws gets the server first.
All I said was for him to try and get was more dev experience. I'm pretty sure anyone would suggest that.
