Some levels that for example mkay made, I envy. Instead of fending me off, being like I am usually on graal you could make a try making something which is actually original.

I think the problem is that I'm not out to rediscover the wheel, or even to redesign it. I feel it works well enough and I only progress as naturally as making my levels allows. Sometimes I find a nice combination of tiles for example, but I can't find it in myself to purposefully attempt to strike out something fascinatingly original. I do thank you for actually posting something constructive though - see how much nicer everything becomes?

I don't need to try to make a name for myself - I let the levels and the controversy speak for me
Seriously though, I don't think it's that everyone is jumping on me so much as that it's just the way things have always been. I prefer the simple style even though I have the ability to bring in flashier styles. However, unlike someone like Wan (as an example), I just plain don't bother using the flashier styles even for show.
