Int, no. Wis, yes. Luck is a larger factor, though. While testing one day, I tried out a wis +10 amulet while praying over an altar, and would get messages more often when I had it on. However, I also tried the same method using a ring with luck +255, and every message I got while praying over the altar was a success message.
Int does not affect SP. It affects success rates of things that work in the mental category of levelling.

I know this is a few days old but where do you get rings of luck +255? |
