New MUD System Idea

I thought of this a while ago. Tell me what you think.

Quote:
MUD System for the masses. There will be a basic MUD system
avaliable for download on the code gallary, And you can install
some 'plugins' into this MUD system. These will control what
you will have, e.g. "mud_plugin_shop", or "mud_plugin_gun".
All of these are self-install and will communicate with the
server as soon as they're plugged in. If the code does not
exist to execute the plugin, the database will request the
codec from an IRC-based server, based on Niromia, which will
allow the code to stay up-to-date. The IRC server will host
many things, such as codecs, plugins, announcements, and more!
You can request a list of plugins and codecs from the server
and will receive them if you request them. All of this can be
controlled by RC, or as an alternitive, You can use a client
based GUI control. The GUI control is generally much better as
it give better perspective into what you can do. Through the
client GUI, You can request data from the server, install plugins,
install codecs, chat with an administrator, and more! Also with
this package is a support team ready to help you. If you have
a question, on RC or the GUI, you will have an option to call the
support team and they will come to your server really fast. They
will have a global MUD control for the servers that have the MUD
system activated, but you will define what they can use, and how
they can use it. This is a nice feature to prevent abuse on this
scale. Administrators automatically get full rights to this MUD
control interface. Only a select few will get this MUD control
interface. The script itself will be extremely lightweight, and
therefore will extremely lessen the lag that general MUD systems
might incorperate. Plugins are somewhat bulky, but they get the
job done with no excessive lag. They will communicate with the
local MUD control script to get their job done. The only physical
part you need to do is add the plugin to the array of plugins in
the MUD control system.
Please ignore some of the ill thought out parts of the text.
