I always try to catch someone on rc but they coincedentally (or how you spell it) log off.. So I got an Idea of maybe creating a system where you can say a command on RC and a window pops up where you can type whatever footnote or announcement you want the other RC to know when they log on?
So when they do ever log on, They automatically get a popup containing the announcement.
