IS probably still the best strafer. There was a time where no one could beat him. But as time moves on new styles are used, and people get better. When once Muroku could only be beaten by a select few, now he'd probably be beatin by alot. Same goes with Stormys, Touya (of course), and FireBoX. Times change, as do we.
