Well, I'm not saying get too many gfxers:
Again, this is another one of those crossroads in the server management trail, you stop and ask yourself:
"Okay. I can hire 10 gfxers, get tons of work done, but then risk losing my 3 top gfxers because the 7 noob gfxers are saying they are better then them, and deserve the glorious GFX Admin position"
God now I know why I don't own servers anymore :|
