Black Screen

When i load up my graal my game starts out like normal and then i put in my account naem and password and click start then after i click start it gives me a black screen i have checked everything firewall, waiting when i do this it says eventually that i have been disconnected for not moving, and reinstalling anyone know how i can fix this |
