Weapon Database?

on Unholy Nation...
before if I had any weapon, I would just go and edit the level, upload and update level. then any player as soon as they re-logged in they would grab the updated weapon, not needing to rebuy or be in the level that the weapon is on..
but now this isnt working like this ..
can it be the weapon database is having problems or is this something I can fix .. ? |
