Because, despite popular belief, there is a way to give a little to the players and let them take a little and everyone can get along and the staff dont have to be a complete Zealot.

Disagree. For the most part, Googi has made posts of "Positions" on G2k1 and other servers that were nothing but nests for people to sit because their friends wanted them to be on staff with them.
Im not saying its entirely that way now, but prove to me it isnt? You cant.

Until Ibonic or Bell either clear this up it seems to be understood that Ibonic just Hired her, not recommended, because he has that power to do so (Much like Nemesis could back in his own time).
