Umm, she
should have the rights already. I think she just refers to unixmad because it's his business and it should be ran how he wants it, thus I see perfectly why Darlene refers to unixmad for approval for certain actions and so forth.
I mean really, what more "power" does Darlene need on the forums? She should already have the rights to do just about everything anyways, I think it's just a matter of making sure things are fine with unixmad first, which again, is highly understandable as long as unixmad keeps in touch with her often (or vice versa).
