Thats way wrong... Players have houses and buy mansions.. why?
For space thats why. I don't really think tents should be too expensive either as its a way to keep your items from disappearing on house death.
Houses die overtime.... your tent probably will have con but does not need repair as its just a way to get rid of neglected tents and returns to the player's acct? it has an owner system. If this is impossible to do this when account offline ((i dunno how the scripts work)) then it will disappear until player logs on then go in the account.
Personally I cannot see myself coming back if my house fell and i'm pretty sure thats the same for most people. I find graal boring as it is, so if my items are gone when i go on a 4 month holiday abroad...i'd probably not return. I shouldn't have to ask people to keep them alive either! This game is too player dependant!
