Do not paint us all with the same brush, Zone is a PvP server, of course there are going to be fights and name calling. It's what kids do. And the majority of the server are in fact kids. Telling them to grow up isn't going to help either.
If you encounter some kind of serious harassment then report it and it will be sorted out. You can't help the odd insult, it is only natural for over-reactive children to shout names about some other guy who killed him. Just accept it, it is not like we can change who people are...
