Shows how much you know....please..go read some tech. docs on a system. you will see that they have their own program code....
and as i said before....what would be the use of emulators? Emulators take and interpret the code so that it can be used on a PC/MAC. Otherwise...everything could be played on eversystem....think about it for a moment....the Nintendo 64 is different from a PSX....by far. If what you are saying were true....you could just simply do a transfer from the 2 and they would work......but that is not true....that is what game porting is for.....the way a game is programmed in one language is taken and then interpreted into another language....
Please...next time, refine your idea on this matter. The only system that uses C++ is the GBA....the rest have a special language...that is 1 reason why the Sega Saturn sucked...cause it was hard to develop for. It is also the reason why it takes so long for third-party developers to port a game from one system to the other.... |
