To War!

I am a war fanatic.
I love battle.
I think about strategys and war tech and such.
Im sick of the current way to fight wars.

Now, im sure these ideas have been all over the forum, but you arent the only ones who thought of em

1. Cannons. On rare occasions, players are far enough away that you can take potshots at them with land cannons or coastal bombardment. Even rarer than that, you hit. It does a bit of damage, they keep movin.
A cannon should blow people to bits, or knock them on their backs, or something along those lines. Whats the point of building stone wall forts with cannons if you cant do artillery bombardment?
2. Planes. Players build planes, they can either 1) Drop cannonballs, thus wreaking havoc among enemy infantry and ships alike, 2) Attach a multi-mini-cannon/musket to your plane for dogfights, to take down enemy bombers and fighters.
3. Boarding ships. Should be able to use grapple hooks, steal treasure, sorta grapple with people to try and throw them off the ship, etc.
4. Muskets. We need muskets ok? We have no reality anymore, so why not?
5. Submarines! Unrealistic for mideval, but as i said before, graal doesnt = reality. of course, no nuke subs, just wood ones with cheap surfacing cannons
6. Professions. you can do the minor versions of these, stick to what everyone can do, or you can specialize in something, become great at that thing, craft amazing stuff!
Blacksmithing Prof- The higher blacksmithing level you are, the better weapons/armor you can make (good as the stuff you make with alchemy, just without the same materials). High-level blacksmiths would be needed to supply the kingdoms poorer players with halfway decent gear for battle. They would help a kingdom stockpile weaponry
Engineering- Make special cannons, muskets, etc.
be able to make super cannonballs, which have a rather large blast radius.
highest level engineering could maybe make some cheap remote-control bot things.
Etc., etc. Etc,

Kingdom Tech!!
Kingdoms need ways to get the edge besides just having a bunch of people with tier1 gear.
There would be a library in the castle where you could study. This would help your mental level. After about lvl 20 mental, you could conduct reasearch, expanding your kingdoms technology. The higher in mental you are, the more points you contribute. After a good amount of points, your head scientist or whatever gets to decide what technology you get. This will give people of your kingdom the ability to create more advanced things than the low-tech kingdoms. Maybe extra boat or aircraft technology?
Possibilities are endless!
