And if bear gets paid, then that is fine and dandy. That obviously will mean that his performance will pick up..otherwise, he will be fired for lack of performance and of course, lose the pay. If you want the staff to be better and not "corrupt" then pay them, or find people that are willing and are devout, otherwise you set yourself up for disappointment.
The reoccuring problem I see is that people expect too much of volunteer staff. That is why there are so many problems.

They are two seperate entities.
If you want them to be one entity, then have it so if a person can't be banned on one or the other, but on both. If a person does something wrong on the forums he should not be punished on Graal, it's ridiculous and makes no sense. He should be banned on the forums. Same goes with Graal. The rules here don't apply to Graal. There are seperate rules for Graal Forums and Graal.exe. You don't realize this.
