Thats how the bullets would do more damage. We have bullets right now, that can either;
a)Just shoot you
b)Put a hole the size of your fist in you
c)Pierce through body armor
d)Pierce through armored vechiles
So why, in the year 3000 or w/e, cant we have the same type of bullets? We would just count this as doing more damage, instead of piercing through vechiles, and such.
